30 days. No questions.
If Loupe doesn't fit for any reason, email support@useloupe.toolswithin 30 days of purchase. We'll process the refund through Paddle. There's no form to fill out and no guilt-trip in the reply.
What happens to your license
When the refund completes, we deactivate the license on our side. Loupe doesn't make network calls, so the seat on your Mac will continue to work until the license is reissued or until you uninstall the app — this is part of the local-only design and is intentional.
We trust you to honor a refunded license the way you'd trust the customer on the other side of any other one-time-purchase software.
After 30 days
We'll handle individual cases on their merits. Honest support requests for things like accidental double-purchases, billing-system glitches, and seat-count mistakes get resolved without drama.
