Why is there no subscription?: Loupe runs on your Mac and never phones home. We have nothing to subscribe-and-renew on our side, so we don't pretend to. Pay once, own this version forever.
How does the upgrade pricing work?: When Loupe v2 ships (no date yet), v1 customers can upgrade for the discounted prices listed above. Your v1 license keeps working — the upgrade is opt-in.
What does "honor-system seat sharing" mean?: We trust you to honor the seat count. Loupe.app makes zero network calls to verify what you bought, because verification would mean phoning home. Replacements and re-activations are handled by support.
Do you offer a refund?: Yes — 30 days, no questions. Email support and we'll process it through Paddle.
