Does the trial need a card?
You start the trial through the App Store, so your Apple Account is on file — but you're not charged until the 14 days end, and you can cancel any time before then at no cost.
Where does my data go?
Nowhere. Loupe ships without the network entitlement, so the macOS sandbox physically prevents it from reaching any server. Analysis, cases, and exports never leave your Mac.
How do I cancel or switch plans?
From System Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions, or the App Store. Switch between monthly and yearly there too — Apple prorates the change.
What about refunds?
Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple under the standard App Store terms. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
